WHAT IS "MY FIRST SCHOOL"?
My First School is geared for ages 2-5 and is a hands-on literature based curriculum. The units are each based on a children's book and include the following concepts (and more!):
-Alphabet Recognition & Sounds
-Numbers 1-10
-Beginning Handwriting Skills
-Colors
-Shapes
-Fine and Large Motor Skills
-Following Directions
-Matching and Sorting

Each unit is set up to be "basket learning" style. This means you will keep all materials for each unit in a basket that you will get out each day at the same time with your child. There is a unit calendar you can follow for each book to help guide you on what you should work on each day with your child. 
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH UNIT?
FAMILY TIME: Each unit includes "Family Time" which are activities the whole family can get involved in on the weekends, in the morning before work, or after dinner each night. 
LEARNING MATS: The My First School Toddler Curriculum includes Learning Mats for the Alphabet, Numbers 1-10, Colors and Shapes. These Learning Mats are to be printed and laminated and will be used in different ways with each unit. 
FLASHCARDS: The My First School Toddler Curriculum also includes our Let's Play School Upper and Lowercase Letters Flashcards!
DRAMATIC PLAY: Each unit has a theme for a dramatic play area with tons of ideas to make it easy for you to set up for your little one.
SONGS/POEMS: Each unit includes related songs and poems that you will sing and read to your child everyday. 
HANDS ON & ART: Each unit includes TONS of fun projects to do with your little one all based off the book for that unit!!
PRINTABLE ACTIVITIES: Every unit will have printable learning activities that you will print and prep for your child - again all hands on!
BASKET ADD-INS: Each unit includes ideas for educational toys that you can add into your basket for your little one to learn even more skills.
This curriculum is heavily project based and very hands on. Little ones love to learn through their senses and this curriculum will have them moving around and engaged while learning.
